The NFRW is an organization that aims to support the Republican Party through educating others, encouraging voting, cultivating Republican political candidates, and empowering Republican women. Headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, the organization was founded in 1938 and has grown to a membership of over 100,000 with branches all over the country.

One of NFRW’s programs is the Campaign Management School. This program trains Republican candidates on best practices for winning a political campaign. Political consultants and strategists volunteer their time to help students learn how to best communicate with potential voters, organize their campaigns, create budgets, target voters, and raise money. The NFRW sets up these campaign schools all over the country, and they can be requested in any area with a need.
